You are what you eat

If you were to think of your body as a car, all of what we consume becomes the fuel for our engine. What we eat and drink gives us energy to do the things we want to do. Our diet provides our bodies nutrients to fend off disease and illness, and to repair parts of ourselves that may be damaged. Unfortunately, many of us take better care of the vehicles we drive than our own bodies.

We owe it to ourselves to make more of an effort to take care of ourselves, so that we can live life to our fullest potential and be at our best for those who we care for.
